Personal 2004-2005
The year 2004-05 was marked by a number of blissful events
that took place and the CEE family happily got bigger:

Ms. Christiane Chedid was wedded
to Mr. Ramzi Faddoul on December 25, 2004. Congratulations.

Prof. Christos Anastasiou was engaged
to Ms. Eleni Louka on December 30, 2004. Congratulations.

Baby Boy Omar Hallak was born on
May 14, 2005. Congratulations Khaled and Dina.

Baby Girl Larissa Abdallah was born
on October 28, 2004. Congratulations Lucy and Raja.

Baby Girl Yasma Sadek was born on
July 7, 2005. Congratulations Salah and Raya.
The CEE department is also proud to report an important
academic achievement by Ms. Lucy Semerjian, Research Associate
and EERC Supervisor, who has been granted the PhD degree
in Environmental Sciences from the University Of Bradford,
United Kingdom. Congratulations Dr. Lucy.
These happy events were celebrated at the CEE end-of-year
reception in June 2005.
