Research interests include: Bioremediation of Emerging Contaminants, Biological Wastewater Treatment, Public Health Microbiology, Environmental Sustainability, Microbial Ecology of Engineered and Natural Systems, Molecular Microbial Ecology, and Mathematical Modeling of Population Dynamics.
