The department offers two graduate programs leading to the degree of Master of Engineering (ME) with majors in Civil Engineering (CE) and in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering (EWRE).

The department is also involved in an Interfaculty Graduate Environmental Sciences Program (IGESP) leading to a Master of Science (MS) degree with major in Environmental Technology (ET), which is open to non-engineering students who hold a degree in basic sciences.
