HPV comptest 2003 results

The 3rd Annual Human Powered Vehicle (HPV) competition is organized to involve students in a physically and intellectually stimulating experience of designing and building a vehicle that have many spiritual, environmental, and societal benefits.

The competition will serve to:

Promote the spirit of competition and teamwork among students and enhance their entrepreneurial skills
Promote awareness of the environmental benefits of using HPV as means of transportation such as cleaner air, less noise, and less crowdedness on the streets
Promote healthier exercising and recreational habits.
This year's HPVs designed by Mechanical Engineering students are displayed on the Creativity alley - the road between Bechtel and Raymond Ghosn Buildings.
