The 'Azar Family' and
'Builders Design Consultants' established the 'Fawzi
W. Azar Architectural Award' consisiting of $10,000
to be paid to AUB towards the tuition of one or more
fourth year architecture students.
The conditions for the Award are as
follows:
- The recipient should have one of the five highest
averages for all the design courses of the first
, second, and third years.
- The recipient should have one of the 3 highest
grades in a project during the Fall Semester of
the 4th year. The legibility of the award should
be indicated on the handout of the project.
- Required criteria:
- Project is based on individual work.
- Project should be given a minimum of one month
for development.
- Project should be clearly presented and rendered.
