ITI has access to
a diverse selection of resources at the American University
of Beirut including laboratories, equipment, and personnel.
These facilities include

addition to the engineering laboratories, the unit
has access to the Kamal
Shair University Central Research Science laboratory
(CRSL). The CRSL provides access to state-of-the-art
instrumentation such as atomic absorption spectrophotometer,
NMR spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, flowcytometer
with sorter, fluorescence imaging microscope, pulsed
laser deposition system, quantitative PCR, HPLC MS,
and other equipment. This research facility compliments
the faculty research laboratories, and as such aims
at promoting individual, as well as joint and multidisciplinary
co-operative research.
